<p>When it comes to building muscles fast, there are basic fundamentals you can follow to be successful. Here are some useful tips for you. </p>
<p>Perform multi-joint workouts. Without having to go to the gym, you can effectively gain muscle weight and develop them by doing common multi-joint movements like close grip bench presses, lat pulldowns, chin ups, deadlifts, bent-over rows, squats and bench presses. </p>
<p>Do not focus on isolation exercises if you are only interested on building muscles fast. Come up with a workout routine that incorporates these basic exercises and you will soon notice that your body is more toned and that your muscles are better sculpted. You have to stick with your routine though even if you find these basic exercises to be hard. </p>
<p>You can’t build muscles fast by doing a lot of sets per session or working out for more than an hour every day. An effective routine you can adopt includes adding weight to your exercise gradually, getting enough rest, following a nutritious diet and working as hard as you can infrequently. </p>
<p>Always use weights that are heavy for you. Do not go for the same weights other people might find heavy or force yourself to use the high rep pumping sets. If 100 lbs. is heavy for you then use that weight and gradually increase it as you go along your workout routine. </p>
<p> Make sure that you get sufficient rest. One trick to building muscles fast is giving your muscles enough time to recuperate after going through the stress of exercising. Working out every day is not ideal and will put too much strain on your body and will not help you at all to gain muscle weight. Schedule your work out to two to four times a week. </p>
<p>Working out to gain muscles requires discipline on your part. Do not give in to the desire of hitting the gym daily and risk overworking your body. Too much exercise can do damage to your muscles which will be detrimental to your goal of building muscles fast. <P><br />

Diets for Building Muscle Fast – Know the Basics<br />
1.	Take your diet seriously. If you really want to have well sculpted abs, arms and legs, you must follow your muscle gain diet faithfully all year round. It is alright for you to indulge on favorite foods once in a while but keep it at that.<br />
2.	Protein is essential to building muscle fast. Protein is the building block that forms and develops your muscles. Get the protein you need from lean meats and protein shakes. After working out, replace the energy your body used up by eating a protein-rich snack.<br />
3.	Forget about junk foods. These processed foods are basically harmful to the body (although this is realized only overtime) and impedes fast muscle build up. Junk foods contain salts, sugar and trans fats that contribute to the toxins in your body.<br />
4.	Eat up to six times a day. Since you are developing your muscles, 3 meals a day may not be enough for you. Eating as many as 6 meals a day is beneficial in two ways: first, you don’t risk overeating and making your body store fat and second, your metabolism has food to burn up all day so you don’t feel hungry and crave for junk foods.<br />
5.	You need carbs. Carbohydrates have a bad reputation but your body actually needs them for building muscle fast(the right ones at least). Good carbs are found on veggies like sweet potatoes, whole grains and oatmeal. Avoid bad carbs from sugar, white bread and pastries. Your good carbohydrate intake must be properly timed according to when your body needs them. So load up on good carbs during breakfast, pre-workout and post-workouts.<br />
These diet tips for building muscle fast are ideally incorporated to your workout routines to make sure that your body is receiving the right fuel or energy source to burn calories, lose fats and develop muscles.<br />

<p>Here are five tips for ladies on building muscle fast and safe. </p>
<p>1.	Don’t be too conscious about the number of reps you perform. Reps are irrelevant, what you should focus on are the sets and the intensity of your work out. The trick is to get your muscles tired so you must lift weights that are near your limit and will let you do 6-10 reps. The less rep range you maintain, the more sets you can accomplish. Go for 4 to 6 sets per session.<br />
2.	Aim for a full body workout and keep away from the machines. Perform multi-joint exercises that develop not only a specific muscle group or joint. Free weight exercises are ideal to building muscle fast such as the dead lift, incline chest press, squats, lunges and pushups.<br />
3.	Eat healthy, meaning you must limit your intake of white carbs and processed sugars. If you love chocolates that much, consume a bar only once a week. Stay away from drinks loaded with calories i.e. fruit juices and sodas. Eat real fruits instead of drinking their juices and include high fiber foods in your diet.<br />
4.	Eat after working out to replenish all your used up energy. Don’t eat just any food you fancy though, make sure you snack on something protein-rich and not loaded with sugar and saturated fats. Keep your body hydrated by drinking lots of water.<br />
5.	If you are aiming on building muscle fast, then limit your cardio workout. If you spend more than half an hour doing cardio then you are wasting your efforts. Doing cardio for more than 30 minutes will force your body to use up stored muscle for energy so you will end up losing what you are trying to gain. You can do cardio for only 20 to 25 minutes and burn just excess calories. </p>

<p>Here is an effective formula on building muscle fast that can be accomplished in 3 simple steps: 1. Weight training, 2. Muscle building diet and 3. Learn from experts.</p>
<p>First step: Weight Training</p>
<p>For you to get started on this here’s a guideline to point you in the right direction:</p>
<p>•	Younger teens must start with moderately heavy weights while older teens may go for heavier weights.<br />
•	When trying to build muscle fast, cardio is essential however you must take care not to overdo it. You can spend 10 minutes at least on cardio training before starting your weight training. Doing more than 10 minutes may cause your body to burn up muscle for energy.<br />
•	Train with low weights and high reps: preferable 10 to15 reps each set.<br />
•	Compound multi-joint exercises are ideal to building muscle fast. These exercises may include: deadlifts, squats, bench press, pull ups and pushups.<br />

<p>1.	Limit your weight lifting to 3-4 days a week. It is simply not necessary to train more than 4 days a week.<br />
2.	Workout for no more than 45 minutes each session and your sets should be around 15 to 20. The secret to building muscles fast is keeping your workout routines intense.<br />
3.	Center on bench presses, rows, chin ups, squats, military presses and deadlifts. These compound exercises help you develop your physique really quick.<br />
4.	One basic principle of building muscle fast is to continually increase the amount of load you lift to make progress. If you’re benching 225 now, you would have made progress if you’d be benching 315 after a year.<br />
5.	Utilize varied rep ranges and focus on both slow and fast twitch muscle fibers. Use a rep range of 1 to 20 to develop both types of muscle fibers.<br />
6.	Do not keep the same program for a month. It is advisable to change workout programs every 3 to 4 weeks to keep your body from burning out and slowing down muscle build up.<br />
7.	Commit yourself to following a healthy diet. Working out is not enough to build muscle fast, you will also need to eat the right foods, the proper amount of calories and number of carbs. Take nutrition seriously if you want to really achieve the physical appearance you want.<br />
8.	Get adequate sleep. Another secret to building muscle fast is getting enough rest.  It is during your sleep that your muscles actually grow so make sure that you get at least 8 hours of sleep.<br />
9.	Learn effective recovery methods to speed up your progress. Some effective methods are taking contrast showers after working out, using foam rollers, stretching after training, etc.<br />
10.	Look for a reliable training partner. Some people may prefer training on their own however having someone to encourage you and with whom you can compete against can really help you in building muscle fast. <P><br />

<p>1.	Make your workout effective by lifting heavy weights. It will not be of any help to you if you choose weights you can lift with ease.<br />
2.	Learn the right way to lift heavy weights. Lifting massive weights the wrong way can lead to injuries.<br />
3.	Keep your routine slow and steady, do not rush it. Performing sets with forced slow control is effective in building muscle fast.<br />
4.	Make sure that you do the right amount of reps per set in every workout session. Don’t do more or less than the rep range required to ensure that you achieve the best results without any injuries.<br />
5.	Make your training intense. Although it is recommended for you to stay within the required rep range, there is still no point in you stopping after the 7th rep if you know you can go on until the 10th.<br />
6.	You need calories when trying to build muscle fast so you have to minimize your cardio workouts. This workout will burn all the calories you need to build up your muscles.<br />
7.	Keep your body hydrated by drinking lots of water. This will increase blood circulation and help flush out toxins.<br />
8.	Do not follow workout routines that cover your entire body on the same day. It will be better to focus on individual areas in your body on different days i.e. working on your legs today and working on your arms on your next training session. Doing this will give each muscle groups time to rest and grow.<br />

<p>To increase muscle mass, you need to:</p>

2.	Eat the right amount of proteins, carbs and fiber</p>
<p>When you combine these two, then you can definitely gain lean muscles. </p>
<p>Lifting heavy weights is important to increase muscle mass. Every time you complete a weight lifting routine, you put your muscles under much strain. Keep in mind that this is not merely about lifting 20 reps at a tolerable weight until you’re tired. This is about lifting real heavy weights in low repetitions. Putting your muscles under heavy strain will surely help your muscle to increase. Why is this? </p>
<p>Your muscle fiber must be destroyed because this is the only way your body can build new muscle. </p>
<p>After muscle fibers were destroyed, your body automatically sends nutrients over to do repairs. This is why your dietary intake is as essential as lifting weights to increase muscle mass. </p>
<p>Proper nutrition is very important in the process of muscle increasing.  For men, 1.5 grams of protein is the least amount you need to consume and for women, 1.0 grams. It helps to stick to complex carbohydrates because they help regulate your blood and keep up your energy levels through the day. </p>
<p>Your fiber intake must slowly be increased. Fiber in your diet helps get rid of the excess nutrients in your body through excretion so you don’t worry about gaining weight like when your body stores it. </p>
<p>Don’t forget about your after workout meal. This is important as well in packing and increasing lean muscle mass. This may just be the most important meal you eat the whole day. This meal should be full of complex carbs that help repair the muscle fibers that your workout routine damaged. </p>
<p>A healthy meal of complex carbs after about 30 minutes every work out helps you increase muscle mass and refuel your energy. Naturally, working out damages and stresses your muscle so repairing them makes perfect sense. This is achieved by eating your post workout meal.<br />

<p>But are these bodybuilding secrets really helpful in gaining muscle mass or are these merely myths? </p>
<p>Let us take a look at some of the more common bodybuilding secrets that they claim are really effective. </p>
<p>Bodybuilding secret 1. You gain bigger muscles by getting bigger muscle pumps during gym workouts. The fact is, muscle pumps don’t have anything to do with muscle gains. Muscle pumps are temporary and it goes away after a while and you’re back to square one. Your muscles do not grow while you are working out in the gym, they grow when you are resting. </p>
<p>Bodybuilding secret 2. Do high reps to tone or define your muscles. This is not a bodybuilding secret, it is a misconception. Your muscles won’t get more defined by lifting lighter weights for higher reps instead, opt for a cardio program that is suited for you that can help you more in getting the ripped muscles you desire. A proper cardio program will lower your body fat levels thus letting you gain muscle mass. </p>
<p>Bodybuilding secret 3. The best way to train is to train like a pro. Following what you read in bodybuilding magazines won’t always do you any good. Most magazine articles are there only to point your attention to supplements and pills that are supposed to be the real secret to bodybuilding. The fact is, a lot of these products are a total waste of money and time. </p>
<p>Bodybuilding secret 4. You gain more by training more. So many people think that the quickest way to build muscle is to practically live in a gym. If you want to lose weight, then go ahead; train as long as you can endure. But for building muscle, non-stop training is not recommended. A bodybuilding secret that is for REAL is: train less to gain more. What you need to do is shock your muscles into growth by using high-intensity sets with heavy weights aimed at different muscle groups. After that, take a rest and let your muscle grow. </p>
<p>Bodybuilding secret 5. Use a fixed rest-time between sets. It’s not a good idea to rest for a fixed period of time between sets as this will impede your muscle growth. Why? </p>
<p>If you set a fixed rest time to say, 45 seconds in between sets, this may not be enough especially if you’ve just done deadlifts and you have to follow up on another heavy set. It is important to give your muscles enough rest so you can fully perform on your next set. <P><br />

<p>The first thing you have to know about building muscle fast are training techniques. </p>
<p>Start training two to four times a week and workout for no longer than an hour and a half per session. It is ideal to keep your training duration to below an hour. This is all you need to grow muscles fast and anything more than this will not help you at all. </p>
<p>You don’t risk overtraining by limiting your workout to an hour, overtraining damages your muscles beyond repair which is detrimental to fast muscle building. Try to keep your reps range about 4 to 12. With reps, it is recommended to descend slow and power the weight when going up. This helps you increase strength and power and quickly build muscle mass. </p>
<p>Don’t neglect to rest between sets for approximately 2 to 3 minutes. When exercising, focus on key exercise movements like leg press, bench press, etc. Do not attempt to train more than two muscle groups at the same time. Train muscles that complement each other like biceps and back or chest and triceps, etc. </p>
<p>Since you aim on building muscle fast, cardio helps by burning fats so that lean muscle can grow. You can do cardio workouts once a week and this should be sufficient as you’re only trying to build mass. Too much cardio can cause you to get smaller in size instead of building muscle fast. </p>
<p>You might find it a hassle but the best time to do cardio workouts is in the morning on an empty tummy. Doing cardio at midday or in the afternoon can be less productive than doing it before breakfast because by that time you have already eaten several meals packed with carbs. Exercising on an empty stomach forces your body to get energy fuels from your stored fats. </p>
<p>Rest is also important to building muscle fast. Your muscle grows while resting and not while you are working out so you actually benefit from taking some days off from training. <P><br />
